Received a pro-life letter from Covenant. Can anyone give me info and input about them.

Pro Life letter huh? Really hate thing that take away freedom of choice....

But anyway. They have good equipment and plenty of freight. Their trucks are all over the place. It would be a good place to get your trucking career off the ground.

Just my opinion but I personally stay away from companies who feel the need to mix politics or religion with business. These days you can almost bet you will automatically be turning away 50% of your potential customers based not on how well you provide a particular service but because they disagree with your position on these two hot button issues.

Seems to me that if you sell widgets, you would want your company to be evaluated by potential customers based on your widgets. If I dont agree with your bumper sticker or what ever you have plastered on the side of your widget mobile, I wont even bother to find out how good your widget is since you obviously aren't interested in trying to sell it to me.

Maybe the widget business isnt competitive enough so businesses need to give people something else to consider when choosing their widget provider.

I have seen several quotes from a comment I made about pro Life and and if anyone things I support killing babies your completely wrong and you know only what the propaganda says about giving a choice to the mother. I am not talking about aborting a healthy baby cause the mother does not want the child. I get that.

I am talking about having the choice if the mother's life is in danger if the pregnancy was to go to term or in the case of rape. This is the part I am talking about.

I don't believe that there is a completely black and white open and shut case. But I can see where this thread is headed. Just wanted to clear this point up and I consider this part of the thread closed.
