So I stupidly attended the CR England driving school in Burns Harbor Indiana with out doing further research on them and all the other programs out there. I took 3 weeks to complete the entire course from the class work obtaining the cdl permit and obtaining the licence that's great to me. I was so proud to be told after taking my driving exam that I passed. I still felt cheated they showed us only certain things such as straight line, off set, and parallel backing . All great things but my problem was wheres the rest such as ally docking and so forth they say they dont train on that till your in Phase 2 of the otr training. after spending 3 weeks there and finally getting in to orientation to find out that they dont send you home till after you complete Phase 1 when i was told we would be sent home after orientation for one week to make sure all ducks are in a row. well lucky for me i was playing the CR jump threw hoops game still cause they for some reason could not get my court papers from a misdemeanor back in 06 and tried saying a ticket that i contested was still showing on my record. So they finally sent me home to get my court paper work and to find out what was going on with the ticket. After getting home I called my local DMV who stated " Sir I see the ticket that you have contested and have the paper work from the court stating that the ticket is to be removed from your record and that you do not owe anything for the fine. apparently the hiring team at Cr does not know how to read properly other wise if they did they would have seen on page two the exact break down and showing the end results. I will be glad to send you an exact copy of what we have released to Cr England " she faxed a copy right to me and second page clearly stated RESOLUTION: Ticket # ******** Contested no point on record , fee of 62.00 has been dismissed. As for the court paper work they needed called court house to get the information and they sent me a copy of it all with in 3 days no problem at all. I don't see how CR had an issue getting it since i singed a release form for them. Best advice Stay clear of CR ENGLAND and go with some one else. I now start with Schneider National on the 15 of this month to do all my otr training Im excited now.
