Tanker Endorsement For New Trailer Delivery

My company manufacturers cryogenic tank trailers. We help our customer(s) arrange power only delivery from our shop to their facility. These trailers are not placarded and contain only slight positive pressure to avoid contamination. Do the drivers who deliver these new empty trailers need the tanker endorsement?

Is it a tanker? If so, I would say yes!! Getting a Tanker Endorsement is easy, study here for a few hours and ace the test!!
