I used to work in IT/web development before deciding to switch industries halfway through my career. I wouldn't be concerned. Chances are that they're upgrading or doing some maintenance to the network internally. Contact your recruiter to get it figured out, but don't stress out too much :)
HA! You worked it IT? Me too, I worked as a Systems Administrator, Engineer, and Project Manager. Boy I'm glad to be out of that field!!! I don't wish it on my worst enemy.
There's a few of us here that's come from IT.. Was a tech repair specialist my self. Now I do it as a hobby at home. Gonna be rewiring my home this winter.. Should be fun.
Computers are a lot more fun as a hobby, that's for sure!

Yep. I won't go back to the field. Not worth it.
I hear you screaming, David. It feels good to toss away almost 11 years of misery.

Dm:
Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
