A guy that was in my CDL class went with Averitt, in Knoxville, TN.
He is not happy because of low miles. He's looking for another job.
How long has he been there? They start you soft at first so you can get your wheels under ya and as you progress... if you progress, they will run you as hard as you are willing to run. From what I know now, that is just about every company out there so he may want to give it a hard thought before jumping ship.

Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
