I know it's a pain but the girl I spoke with was very nice and did straighten everything out. They will either be able to track it or place an order for a replacement. TSA is still running this and the Universal Enroll is them trying to make things easier, Which we all know that making government agency's bigger and more spread out always makes things better.
Hey Ricky , I had probs also, printed 20th, card ok'd and in transit the 25th and then..........2 1/2 weeks later I call to find out Where TF it is. Oh were sorry' hold for a second (5 minutes later) oh it has been in transit for quite awhile, (Yah Think?) would you like us to just mail it to your house? yes please! got it 8 days later. Anyways, call this #1-855-347-8371 it is the UES call center Hours are M - F 8am to 10pm EST
From what it sound like then is that you used the status checker on web site and at some point it changed from "eligibility process in progress" to "printed" ect. Right?

Correct it only took five days from having my prints done for them to have card made and in continuos transit
Ok. I will just keep waiting for a status change. Thank you for your input.
If it has been over three weeks you should have had it by know and from everything you said earlier I'd call to find out the status on it. It's an 800# so it ain't going to cost you anything but time.
Gotta love beaurocracy.
I applied on 8/18 status changed to in progress on 8/25 and since then, nothing. Enrollment is a ****ing joke. They cant even call their own people at their locations. Nor can they call tsa. Its the biggest joke i have ever seen. I know as soon as i do get it, i will be sending off for a renewal, that gives them what? 5 years to do it. Maybe it wont be late then.
UPDATE: On thing i did was call tsa directly and they put in a "ticket" for me. I did get a email stating that it had been sent to a tsa adjudicater. Now this had been done because i had been arrested Before and any arrest record warrants further investigation. Well since it was minor b.s. arrest, i was approved. The same dude from tsa just sent me an email today letting me know. So now wainting for them to print and send. I also checked the enrollment centers status checker and it has yet to change. So in short it will take a realistic 2+ months to get a twic if you have any record.
Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
Ok. Heres the run down. THE UNIVERSAL ENROLLMENT STATUS CHECK DOES NOT WORK. Dont even use it. I got a automated phone call today that my twic card was in the office and to come get it. So tonight i went to status check sight and this is what i saw.
Status as of 8/25/2014 ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT IN PROGRESS Your application has been received and your eligibility assessment is underway. If more information is required to complete your eligibility assessment, you will receive a letter from TSA requesting additional information.
The same thing i have been looking at for a month and a half. Oh well. Got it now.
