I want to thank the person, or persons who took the time to put the high road training course together. It was very useful and helped me pass my CDL permit test here in South Carolina. I never cracked a book! All I did was follow the program. Im not a good test taker, and I only missed 7 questions out of 95. Thanks for helping me in my quest to get out there on the open road! Thanks again!

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

I don't test well either jason s. so thanks for the heads up, ive been doing the program as well, I hope to start school in nov.
