If you go to Knights web site, they have listings of their terminals, didn't see one in New York, but one in PA states they hire drivers from NY

Hello all looking for info on knight went threw the schooling section in here and it showed terminals and drop lots was just wondering if Syracuse New York is a drop lot or a terminal looking at starting school soon love this site very helpfull
I'm not certain but I think it's a drop lot. I don't believe they have a terminal there.

I work for Knight, its a drop yard. The terminal in Carlisle PA is the terminal northeast drivers are based out of.

Do you work out of the Carlisle PA terminal and how long have you been there I am hoping to start school soon been out of work since march not much out their for work

I work out of the Lakeland Fl terminal. I went through their squire program in February in Olive Branch TN. I live about an hour and 45 min south of the terminal and drive my personal vehicle back and forth.
Best thing is to call a recruiter and tell them where you live and see where you would be based. Ask if you can take the truck home or if you would have to park at a terminal and drive your personal vehicle to and from the terminal for home time.
