That's how Conway does it
It says in the FAQ section of their website they require a year of driving experience:
Do you provide any training to obtain a CDL?
No. We require driver applicants have a minimum of one year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
Maybe they have a program going but haven't put it up on their website yet.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Southeastern is a very good company, you can start out on the dock part time, and move up from there. Southeastern does have a driver trainee program, it isn't easy to get into. Each terminal does there own driver training maybe 1 to 2 drivers a year depending on terminal size and freight demands.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

So i was at the Georgia, Arkansas game and i ran into a fellow bulldogs fane. He incited me amd my dad to tailgate with them when i told him i wamted to get into trucking, he told me he works for Southeastern Frieght inc. They said you hire for a part time frieght docker and teach you the business while o. The job and also help you get your cdl and train you how to drive. Have yall ever hewrd anything about them
