I am studying on a different name right now but I studied from 11 am til almost 5 30 today with no brakes in between the only two sections I have left are log and weight I have a 94 % score and idk how many haults I think 5 ill have to re check that... but I am proud that I have a 94 % I am thinking about clearing it and starting over instead of going in order down the line mix it up and see how I do better worse or the same. Either way I am happy right now. It keeps my mind off other things going on and helps my mind to stay busy.

Awesome! Keep at it with the training program. Make sure you do the Logbook and Weight & Balance sections. Those are critical sections to know. That stuff will be part of your job every day you're out there so learn them well.

Logbook:

A written or electronic record of a driver's duty status which must be maintained at all times. The driver records the amount of time spent driving, on-duty not driving, in the sleeper berth, or off duty. The enforcement of the Hours Of Service Rules (HOS) are based upon the entries put in a driver's logbook.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

So I hear about and see a ton of accidents as I am sure all you truckers hear about and see tons as well, well this is one majorly freak accident that you don't hear about too often nor do you see it that offten either.

Well I was driving down the freeway this morning i like to listen to my news since i don't have TV and I hear this and I qoute

"Major freak accident this morning on the 580 some guy coming from sac. was killed on the freeway this morning and I spoke with the police officer who been doing this for over 30 years and is soon to be retiring says he has never seen or heard about anything like this before. a big rig poll fell off the truck and into this guy windsheild and threw the driver as well sad to say this trucker may never be found and so far no witnesses. "

Scary and very sad I pray for his family
