We had a driver - also a recruiter - come to our school when I was still in CDL school. Very nice equipment, below average pay, especially for seasoned drivers coming to the company. That nice equipment comes at a price. The Trans Am driver that spoke to us basically said he's with the company because of the nice equipment. To each their own.
