Congratulations! That's awesome! Bet it feels amazing to finally have all that hard work pay off! 
Hey congrats!!!! And believe me, the jouney has not yet begun. Going on the road with a trainer - that's when the real training begins! 
I hate to say that everything you've done so far is the easy part, but everything you've done so far is the easy part. That's not the news anyone likes to hear after getting their CDL , but it's true.
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
Good luck Jason, and congratulations! Brett is right, the fun is just getting started, but I'm confident you can do this. Just keep putting one foot ahead of the other, and slowly but surely you will bide your time through training and get put into your own truck. There's still a lot to learn ahead of you, but you can do it. I think Roehl is a great place to get your start - you made a great choice.

Brett, I totally agree with you 100% . After tomorrow it will be 1 week with a trainer for me, with 5 weeks to go. It's not easy. Everything was so much simpler before I finished school and got my CDL

Since April 1, I have attented everyday of school and put my all into learning all that I could and it payed off today, I passed my test and now have that coveted CDL. It was a little stressful but failure wasn't an option. Gonna take some time to get things in order and see what happens. I'm ready to go for Roehl, just gotta call and set up my orientation date. What a journey.
