Hey, I applied to Knight and got a call back from a recruiter. She said everything checked out and to get my CDL written test done locally and to call back. I've had some set backs and I am just getting to it almost a month later, will that look bad on me?

Edit: 11AM, not PM

The delay likely won't be a problem. If it is, it would be because they're not hiring as hard and fast right now as they were before. It wouldn't be because you took to long. They aren't worried about that.
