Tonight is the night. I get on the greyhound and spend 13 hours to get to Memphis. I'm taking my kids out to dinner and spending time with them cuz I know I wont see them for the next 3 weeks. I'm excited but it hasn't hit me that I'm leaving yet that will probably happen when I get on the greyhound.

Good luck MM! I just got my CDL in two weeks after not ever being behind the wheel of a semi, so you can do it too!
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

So my bus was to leave at 935 pm. At 1033 they showed up and told me they was full and I had to wait for the next bus that leaves at 445 am. I hope that one is not full.
The long dog has really gone to the dogs in the last few years (pun intended). But you'll get there and get settled in.....just don't stress about it.. Good Luck, and keep us updated...
