So if you have to pay to park someplace, does that come out of your earnings or can you expense that to the company?

Some companies will reimburse you, although most will not.
Plan ahead and plan accordingly with Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, and a Plan D.

Timothy, most truck stops do not charge. The ones near the big cities might. I have not pulled into a Pilot or Flying J that does. Rest areas/welcome centers are free too. Just make sure you plan your route with a couple back up areas. Most Walmarts` will let you park. There are always options if you plan ahead.
