Hey Folks, I'd like to have a companion on the road with me. I'm thinking a cat because they are small, tidy, and self grooming and they don't like to get filthy anymore than I'd want him to! I notice a lot of people seem to keep a litter box in their truck with them. I'm not sure if this is something I could, or would want, to get used to though. I don't like the possibility of a smell, or sand everywhere. So I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck training a cat to go outside instead of a litter box?

What's up Jason that's awesome you will bring a cat on your travels with you, is he a laid back cat? I would get a leash to walk your cat I see people do that by a park by me. Best of luck make it a safe day.

You put the leash on and I will film it and we can send it into AFV and split the cash... LOL

I don't think that you will be stopping often enough to do this but I have never tried to train a cat. At first, I would recommend that you leave the cat at home and concentrate on driving. There is enough to get used to without the distraction of a cat in the cab.
