Another option, and a bit pricier, unless you find a good deal on Ebay, is to get a mountain bike with quick-release wheels. The wheels can be removed in seconds; mounting them takes only a few seconds more. Gloves (I keep disposable gloves w/me because they fit in any pocket) keep my hands clean when remounting the back wheel. Two wheels and the bike frame should fit inside the truck easily.
