The only thing I know about Henderson is they were recently acquired by Prime.
The only thing I know about Henderson is they were recently acquired by Prime.
From what I have been told, they were not aquired, but have a freight agreement simular to what was done with O&S trucking and Wil-trans trucking a couple of years ago. So no, they are still independent, but they do pull Prime trailers as well as their own.
That is what I know coming from a few drivers I still know at Prime.

Darrel Wilson bought his first tractor in 1980 at age 20, but, being too young to meet OTR age requirements, he leased the truck out and hired a driver.
Through growth and acquisition, Wil-Trans now employs over 200 drivers, and has a long-standing partnership with Prime, Inc. to haul their refrigerated freight. The family of businesses also includes Jim Palmer Trucking and O & S Trucking.
Thanks for the input guys. But does anyone have any info on the quality of their company? I also got a call from may trucking and super service. Any info on those 2?
