Best of luck!
Yap, just keep giving it everything you've got and keep smiling along the way. As long as they see you're serious about learning to be a great driver then they'll bend over backwards to help you out.
I get into the truck every time I get a chance. Last night was bad. We was hit with a thunderstorm but we still worked on the range. It was a great time to find out my boots had holes in them but the rain suite worked great the rest of me was dry. My trainer said I'm doing great and I'm right on track. I do my eval to Wesday or Thursday. At least tonight its not raining
Minnie....I'm here sendin' good vibes your way.....Good Luck !! Show em how its done !!
Night backing you say?? We didn't have that at the Phoenix school. Would have liked to have had that training first.. lol

Night time makes it so different. We put our flashlights in the cones and hope we don't run over them. My room mate has killed about 12 of them. We also eval out at night if we don't make it we have a chance to redo it Friday during the day. I can get them in the daytime but once the sun goes down I'm lost.
Save money, use styrofoam cups. they almost GLOW on that range.
Well I didn't pass my eval so I get another week to work on them. I was told that I'm over driving the truck. So I worked on that for the remainder of the day. I understand what they are saying but putting it in to play is harder than it sounds. Wish me luck, cross your fingers, and send good happy vibes my way.
Hey, no biggie at all. You can relax, keep practicing, and develop your skills for another week. Nothing wrong with that! In fact, it's nice to know that Swift is moving you ahead at a pace you're going to be more comfortable with instead of just throwing you into the fire and hoping for the best - which quite honestly is what some companies tend to do.
So just keep doin what you're doin and enjoy yourself out there!

Over driving the truck is caused by stress....BREATHE....and breathe again, shake out the stress. It will make a huge difference. When you turn the wheel, wait a bit for the trailer to catch up, then go on thru with your turn. If your over correcting while backing, check out the Ladies Forum for a different way to put your hands when your backing. It will guarantee you don't over steer. And practice, practice, practice....We all went thru the same thing, so your not alone..... Stay safe and sane...
