Congrats on your new home.... What was the name of the company that lost a good employee/driver? Ahhhh who cares, that is in the past. You did not just go over a few speed bumps in a big rig but drove through an off road test center and now you are back on the smooth asphalt. Way to go.
I'm seeing the Colorado/Wyoming countryside; I've had to use my airhorn; I've frozen my fingers hooking and dropping sets; two nights ago, it was -33'F driving back to the terminal;
. . . know what you mean, MountainGirl . . . I was cruising Utah/Wyoming during that same cold snap . . . I thought my outside temp gauge was broken or something when I saw -27 and THE SUN WAS OUT! Out to lunch I guess 'cause there was no heat coming from that particular celestial body . . . WOW that's cold . . . especially the walk across the yard in the wind . . . glad to see you are having fun as this job is quite the adventure . . . I guess the MountainGirl is in her element, eh? I've been a mountain man (boy? In the High Sierras - Truckee way) since i was 19 and it definitely has its moments . . . so is all that cold air what makes you look so blue in your photo??

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Glad your enjoying your self out there MG!

Very happy to hear how things have been going for you.

Six String said it all! - My sentiments exactly.
The weather has been a little crazy for those drivers out west here lately, but it will soon be changing. There is a cycle to life, and to the weather - Better days are coming!
Really great to hear from you!
WTG!!! MG!! Glad to hear you're doing well, and loving it!!!
I'm sitting in Springfield, MO. waiting for my truck to get fixed at the Kenworth dealer. That happened about halfway through my very 1st solo load! But, I still love it!!!
Maybe we'll bump into each other out on the road somewhere!
Keep up the good work & the great attitude!!!!
