Yes they do train newbies... they send to community college to get cdl and its paid.. forgot how much a week.. id assume 600$ a week after get cdl.. then on road with trainer idk on miles cause i just talked to recruiter. guess i need to call them again to get info straight also they have optional additional training which is call RED CERT https://www.ccjdigital.com/ccj-innovators/article/14938399/nussbaum-transportation-services-certification-red-program heres the link to read about it i like that optional due to coaching sessions which will greatly help rookie drivers alot

There facility in Bloomington IL looks to be incredibly nice and their fleet seems to be quite nice as well. They do like aerodynamics in their trucks and seem to have many gadgets on the trucks to improve fuel mileage.
I did speak with a recruiter early in 2020 and he was straightforward. Christian based company. It didn’t work out for me me as I was a resident of WI and in order to attend the community college they use, I would have had to transfer my residency.

I'm still researching companies with whom I'll start my driving career. As I narrow things down, it seem that I'll have several on the short list - might come to a flip of the coin.
I haven't heard much about Nussbaum, other than what they say on the Web site - sounds like a good organization. Does anyone have any experience with Nussbaum (Central Illinois based)?
Does anyone know if they consider / train drivers fresh from CDL school? It was unclear on the Web site. I do have a message in to a recruiter there, but probably won't hear from them until Monday, so I thought I would check with TT.
