US XPRESS Trucking Information Update...

FWIW; I searched and didn't find anyone mentioning the updates anywhere.

Anyway, US Xpress is no longer using the Sliding Pay Scale, they're paying CPM. They've, within the last 4+ months had a pay increase (like many other companies). And their Tuition Reimbursement has gone up to like 6k I believe.

Just wanted to let Brett and the others know so they can update their information on US Xpress.

Oh and by the way...I PASSED my Permit Test this morning!!!dancing.gif

CPM:

Cents Per Mile

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
