Sounds like you are ready. If you have been motivated enough to get all that done then that same motivation will carry you through the driving practice and test easily. I went through a 17 day company sponsored course without being even half as prepared as you are and was able to get my cdl. Just get as much driving time as possible. The more experience you get driving the more comfortable you will be for the exam.

My question is, is there any way I can better prepare myself for a cdl course. I am starting Monday. Have my permit. Have my DOT medical. suggestions?

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
