Lobos said they would not reimburse me for all my travel costs unless I remove my posts from here? There is no way I can do that. Can anyone help me out?

Charles, Do you have the above in writing from Lobos? In some legal circles this is considered a form of extortion. Unless there is a disclaimer in your contract documenting exactly what you stated above, Lobos is in breach of their contract with you. Please save any and all written correspondence you have had with Lobos in regards to this and all of your dealings with them. Do not call them on the phone, correspond only through postal mail or email.

My suggestion is to contact the Utah Department of Labor and file a formal complaint, ask what other state agency you should speak with. Click this link: Utah Labor Commission. Call them and file a complaint. Make sure you have all of your ducks in a row and be prepared to send them documentation.

Good luck.

My God this has been the most unbelievable train wreck imaginable. All along I've been hoping this would begin to improve but thus far no dice. I would love nothing more than to delete this conversation and be able to list Lobos as a legitimate school and recommend them like we already do with thousands of schools and companies across the country but under the current system there's no way we can give our blessing. And obviously we would be tarnishing our integrity if we didn't give people our honest opinion which is that signing a contract to start your own business in an industry you know nothing about is financial suicide, and being asked to do so is unethical. That's our honest opinion and it's based on decades of successful business experience and decades of truck driving experience.

Lobos, you guys have my word that if you turn your operations into something that's positive for the people you're signing up we'd love to promote your company as a great opportunity for new drivers and delete this topic altogether. Making people look bad isn't helping us in any way and it's not what we like to do. In fact, we never do this because quite frankly we haven't had to. This is just a losing situation for everyone at this point.

I have the contract now but haven't had the chance to review it yet so let me see what it looks like and we'll go from there.

I tried calling Lobos ( 385312962 ) from my phone and also my fathers. They will not pick up or they changed their. I had to take out a loan from my father because of what Lobos has done and sell my PS4. I'm thankful I didon't sign the contract because it would mean mosthat likely career and fincial suicide. I have been respectful to Lobos and have never sworn to them etc etc. I'm left with nothing because of my experience being mislead and hurt. This place is pure evil. Why me? Why does everyone in my shoes have to go though this? How does Lobos get away with this?

Charles, did you get a copy of the contract before you left for their facility or did you see it for the first time after arriving there?

Charles, I was very clear in my advice to you. Stop calling them. See below:

I saw the contract when I got there. I asked for it prior to getting to SLC and they said I would review it in Lindon Utah. I had no idea it would be 51 pages long.

So they gave you an overview of their program on the phone but didn't show you the actual contract until you arrived. Then they basically said, "Sign this or walk home."

Is that how it went? They flat out refused to show you the contract before arriving at their facility or they gave it to you but you didn't review it before leaving for their facility?

Charles, when you reviewed it, how much time were you given before they required your signature?

I stopped calling Lobo hours ago fwi. I didn't send them an email about my reimbursements.

Lobos would not give me the contract prior to arriving. I asked for it. The only time it was available was on March 01 after the short orientation.
