What don't you get about the fact that I'm sick and tired of posting about Lobos. Over half of my resonates on here was to get into contact with them after emailing and calling from different lines. Numerous people asked me questions about my experience. I applied for food stamps and got medicaid for a year. I'm about to work my old job again that I don't want to. I have to save enough up to be able to start with a different company.

I could care less about Lobos except my reimbursement for travel. It seems to take forever and I'm getting sick and tired of asking and waiting for phone calls.

A fwe days ago I was a lot worse off. I have not received at dime from my fundme.Com page which people recommended to get started. I am not panhandling by any means and I'm taking the page down by tomorrow. I can almost guarantee that no one gave me a dollar.

I'll give more explanation in my PTSD comment. First I never mentioned I had it or I got it from Lobos. My experience there was such a letdown mentally and fincially that it had impacted by mentail state in a big way. People can get PTSD from not serving in the Armed forces. Life sucks sometimes. I put on 8 pounds in the past 3 weeks, jumping to 190 from 182. I usually eat healthy and go to the gym everyday, run, hike in northern NH, bike and play golf. I've always been athletic. Since February 23 I've only been to the gym twice and walked a few 3 mile (average) walks. My lack or motivation and energy is a big problem now. I'm depressed everyday. I'm slowly getting better and i have a long ways to go. . I suffer from anxiety which was mild. My recent state is high and whacked . I don't use any drugs and barely drink alcohol. I have not participated in binge drink in almost 4 weeks.

What ****es me off is when people are saying that I'm melodramatic and exaggerating things. There is no agenda and I'm not here to put down Lobos. I don't believe that it's been 17 days when I left ther parking lot. It's soffit to move on when they said I will be reimbursed and it hasn't happened. If you reading this Lobos, I would like the check to be mailed out by Monday 03-21-16

TWIC:

Transportation Worker Identification Credential

Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.

Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

I am going to go to different pages and participate in talks about fitness, physical and mental well being. I would not being up this thread.

This is my closing statement of lobos.

I feel as if the current Lobos has potential to thrive if they recruited people with 3 to 5 years of experience who knew a lot of the owner operator system. These individuals would need to be business orientated, intelligent, exprtIenced and safe drivers. I'm not saying Lobos doesn't have these people as drivers. At this point in my life Lobos is not a good fit and my opinions and thoughts of new drivers getting involved in that arena has no place due harsh criticism from myself and many others who were in my shoes. The exception for Lobos working for rookie drivers, in my opinion, are those with friends and/or family members as O/O educating them on the world of driving as an owner/leasor for years. I wish Lobos well if they reimburse me $300.00 by monday.

Fitness, maintaining/improving physique/ mental health while OTR. -Done it before and with dedication its easy to do.

Focusing my thoughts first on my health wellbeing (went for a long walk today, did pushups. I might pull a double gym session Sunday to catch up). I cannot work until my food stamps get verified even though they are approved. My parents need a lot of help (they live 20 min away) and Tuesday I should go back to my realtor gig temporarily until Western Express, JB Hunt, Knight transport or PTL set up an orientation. Prior to leaving I have to save up enough to get a new pair of running shoes, jump rope, rubber workout cable for residence workouts and a pull up/chin up bar.

When I was on the road for 2 and 1/2 months I would exercise my ass off almost everyday. If I had two hours of off duty time at a shipper I would slap on my running shoes, put on my headphones and ran 2 to 6 miles. On a warm sunny day I would tie the rubber resistance cable to the exterior parts of the cab and work biceps, trips, chest, legs then I would do push ups. I write all my reps down and get higher reps the next week. On rainy days if I had a long rest at the receiver or was waiting for a back haul dispatch I would get the umbrella and walk miles. One night at thr TA in Pittston PA I had walked about 7 miles to the movie theater I'm Scranton then 8 miles back to the truck. I was training then. This is my next focus and I'm going to train harder on the road.

I rarely eat truck stop food except coffee or $2.50 hot sandwich. I carry mostly fresh fruits, veget ables, nuts, tuna, canned beans and water. I'm crossing my fingers I get, not to sound gay, a fit vegetarian type who is not fat. Truck Driving is fun but the sedentary life puts a toll on your if you don't exercise when not driving. You may see on the jump rope or lifting resistance rubber tied to the steps or tractor frame. At first it was embarrassing after my 1st week of training, however, woulf you rather get fat and be the guy chasing down lizards at Walmart or get laid without saying a word or paying a hooker.

Really?!? I think I speak for all the ladies on here when I say that this comment is completely crass, disrespectful, and immature.

I haven't commented here because I've been trying to bite my tongue but this is getting really old. As someone who had busted their butt for years just to barely get by, I am so tired of hearing you whine about how bad you have it now. You were a realtor? Gimme a break. You probably made more on one paycheck than I brought home in two weeks at my hot, dirty, 50+ hour per week factory job. Also, you do realize that as soon as you start working you will have to report your income to food stamps or it is FRAUD? You can go to jail or pay hefty fines for not reporting it!!

Bottom line: it's time to GET OVER IT! Quit blaming Lobos for the crappy time you are having and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

Ok I'll put the b**** back in her cage now...

This thread is a hot mess.

What does this even mean?

Yeah, because we all know fat men can't have sex without paying for prostitutes. wtf-2.gif What does any of this have to do with Lobos? I don't think they're a great company by any means, but with every post you make you're making me sympathize with you less and less.

Well Charles, at one point you had the support of our community but you should have stopped talking a long time ago. Now you've revealed your true nature. This right here sounds like a 12 year old talking to his buddies at middle school. Then again maybe I'm insulting today's 12 year olds.

I can almost guarantee that no one gave me a dollar.

I hope not. And if they did they should rescind it. The initial suggestion to help you out was to help get you home if you were stranded on the road but clearly you are not. You've been home now for a while. You shouldn't have a gofundme page up at all if you were able to get home. Many would argue you should have turned to family and friends for help in the first place but we have some exceedingly nice people here who wanted to help out.

What don't you get about the fact that I'm sick and tired of posting about Lobos.

A ton of people have told you they've had enough of this already. Why do you keep posting? No one is twisting your arm, are they? There's an expression "quit while you're ahead" - you should have.

We're not be happy with Lobos business practices but I don't think anyone is any happier with you at this point. You've stated your case abundantly and if you have any more beef with Lobos then please deal with them directly, not through our forum.

Lobos, you're refusing to let people see the contract before they come out and you've been making empty promises for weeks about returning the money but you still haven't done so. So unfortunately for everyone this thread has to stay up. I hate that it does. We've never had anything like this up about anyone and I'd love to take it down but in good conscience I can't let people unwittingly get reeled into your scheme. So as usual we'll keep this here for now and give you guys even more time to think over how you run your business while we wait for the next victim to stop in with an update on your latest predatory practices.

I came back on here and was going to delete a lot of my old threads. I found that you can't do that. I never got a dime and yesterday took down my page. Since Wednesday I stopped posting about Lobos until people asked questions and stated things that were untrue of what I said.

Lobos put a lot of stuff on recently with my name. Numerous times I never even wanted to post but it seemed the only way to get in contact after I tried calling and emailing.

People have been supporive with advise and helped me move forward. If you want proof that I didb raise money for myself I can get all the info you want. I've been back in NH for 9 dwtreemd?6days. I applied for benefits as soon as I got back. The pros of not working at thw moment is having free health insurance for a year from yesterday (medicaid). No copay, free urgent care, free meds, free primary care doctors visits. Even if I put my next job in mediacid doesnt go away. The food stamps will.

Sorry but I've been on hard times and didn't sit around whining about it. Boo hoo, you had to sell a gaming system. Dude, I've had to sell almost everything I had earned to keep myself afloat and support my family, took a couple part time jobs just to try and make ends meet and never gave up trying until I got back in the game. I think the sympathy train has left the station and nobody cares that your food stamps might run out because it certainly seems as if you're not trying very hard to get your life back on track.

I know of someone who got sent home for something that probably could have been taken care of before she went out there. She did not get any trans money to get back home, and this was from a major company. No gofundme page created. I whined about maybe not getting another job, and I was rightfully told to man up, and given lots of great advice in the process.

Moral of the post, forget about the lost money, and learn from the giving people on this site and move on.

BTW, I'm fat, and I got a good looking wife, who is a damn good woman. Don't judge books by their covers. Js

Dude I'm sorry but being on welfare isn't something most people brag about. I was laid off from a dang good job and had to take a 3 dollar pay cut. It broke my heart to have to go on food stamps but there was no other way for me to provide. My husband is disabled and has Medicaid which he rightfully deserves but I have been out of work since December and I WILL NOT apply for "free insurance". Which by the way is not free. All of us out here that have JOBS and PAY TAXES pay for that insurance for the lazy whiners out there.

Your attitude needs a serious adjustment or you are gonna either fail at this career or be the trucker that everyone hates. The one who always gets loaded/unloaded last because they are in the shippers pitching a temper tantrum like a 3 year old. The one who no one wants to sit near at the restaurant because all they will ruin your dinner by whining and moaning how their company sucks/how everyone is against them etc.

Brett is leaving this thread up in order to HELP people stay away from an obviously poor company. Your comments are adding absolutely nothing to this conversation at this point and you are to the point of being downright offensive. You can't delete your comments but you can definitely STOP making new ones.

So please, for all of our sakes including your own, man up, get off your butt and do something with yourself! I keep you in my prayers because the way you are living life is a miserable way to live and everyone deserves better. So I pray that you can make a change in your life for the better. If you still want to be a driver, there are plenty of ways to do it. JUST DO IT!
