Well, my tried and true method that works 100% of the time? I just close my eyes, problem solved! ok, just kidding. In all seriousness, You could try them, or a pair of polarized lenses and would fit over your prescription pair before spending the money to buy a good pair of clip-ons. If you have not, I'd suggest using the search bar at the top of this forum... it is very good and you will find lots of information, this exact topic has been discussed quite a bit already.
A couple of things here and I know it's going to sound troll and I'm not trying to be a smart a$$ but I must point out the obvious. #1 don't stare at the oncoming lights! Try to focus on the right line to keep your center in your lane. I know how stupid this sounds but it's down right amazing how many people get glare from an oncoming light but continue to stare into them. Don't do that!!!
#2. Clean the hell out of the INSIDE of your windshield with good glass cleaner at least weekly and ESPECIALLY if you smoke! Nicotine leaves a film on glass that makes light glare much worse.
If you've done these two things and are still having trouble with night time glare than I can't be of much help. Hopefully someone with night vision can help "shed some light" on your query.

I want to get everybody's opinion on this. I want to buy a pair of clip on Polarized sunglasses to clip on my glasses, to eliminate the glare from oncoming headlights. But I don't want to spend the money if there is a better solution. Does anybody think that these clip on sunglasses with Polarized lens will take care of the glare? thanks
