If I'm not mistaken the person that was talking about loophole, telling them he cant sleep when vehicle is in motion therefore he cant team, is the same guy that posted today about looking for a new company, because the other 5 he's quit in the last year weren't a good fit. I'd check out swift, or prime if you dont want to team, only teaming they'd require would be the training.
Yeah don't look for loopholes... Just enjoy everything you can Cuz it's going to be one hell of a ride...
On the bright side, team drivers get paid more right?

Not really paid more... It averages out to be the same as solo driver but I think if it's more drop and hooks then the truck could get more miles... I'm joining crst which is a team company and I like the fact that there will be someone else on the truck if you need.... Don't get me wrong I like solo but don't mind team driving
Drop and hook means the driver will drop one trailer and hook to another one.
In order to speed up the pickup and delivery process a driver may be instructed to drop their empty trailer and hook to one that is already loaded, or drop their loaded trailer and hook to one that is already empty. That way the driver will not have to wait for a trailer to be loaded or unloaded.

But Celadon said as long as my MVR was clean and criminal background check came back clear, they'd take care of the sleep study. Only thing is I didn't want to team drive at all, I think I saw a possible loop hole for that on another thread though.
