I was hired by Schneider and I can only tell you what I know from that experience. They used HireRight, my MVR's(3 different states) came back as soon as they put the request in. My background check came in the next business day. I looked at the emails from HireRight just a second ago and it advised that average turn-around-time for court records is 2days as far as it goes for criminal. If it is taking longer then this, there can many factors or reasons including the recruiter taking there sweet time! So I wouldn't worry much about it and if your starting to get concerned, just reach out to the recruiter to check up! GL, hope all goes well!!!
