However big it is, I'd venture to guess it will be a challenge for two drivers to share it without at least a cooler in the truck as well. Especially if both want to minimize fast food and truck stop grub as well.

Take it from someone that has lived in their small car for nearly 2 years (will be housed again on the 9th of March...! For the first time in a while): You can do without a refrigerator, microwave, or anything else.
I primarily live off of canned foods (potatoes, tomatoes, spaghetti, macaroni (yup), chili (THE BEST), corn, peas (veggies/fruits), and other stuff). You can also get hot-dogs ("Sugardale" is $0.74/oz right now). There's also plenty of other dry-goods like: Peanut butter, crackers, pickles (trust me: The vinegar naturally keeps them preserved for at least a month or two before they start to spoil). You also can get bread, bologna, jelly (although mine never lasted long... when I DID buy it.. because I ate PB&J in between working two jobs), parmesan cheese (delicious topping), CEREAL (almond milk if you're picky about not having 'milk')... or even milk (I am addicted to the "chocolate milk") in the cooler days (milk won't spoil for at least 2 days.. even in the summer (remember: It's pretty much 90% watered down bovine milk anyway).
If you're worried about your health: You can also take multi-vitamin pills, keep a 128 fluid ounce bottle of gatorade (if you're sweating a lot), and refill that bottle with water if you're not sweating a lot, and/or are just plain thirsty. Although you can do the same with orange juice (SunnyD is fake and pure sugar)... OR CRANBERRY JUICE (my favorite!). It's not as expensive as it sounds.
Mind you: The last 7 months I've had someone else living in my car with me, and 3 months prior to that: I let a US military veteran live with me in my car until she got her own place set up in a few cities over from here. Although she was kind of messy.. and tall (6'2").. but I attribute the messiness to her inability to stretch out, and not wanting to pick up/remove any trash she created in my car (wrappers/containers from food).
I can only assume (considering I've only EVER been in a big-rig once, and that was 13 years ago) big-rigs are a lot roomier than a car. I remember being able to walk around, and a bed being horizontally laid out in the back (long story short: Our vehicle broke down, a trucker gave us a 2 mile lift to the nearest trucking stop so my mother could phone our father who drove 5 states over to come get us).
In short: Sharing is caring, and I can't see personally filling a refrigerator that full of stuff (but I'm sure I'll learn soon, when I finally get a chance to apply to company-sponsored CDL schools). :)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
I know that macros are different from company to company but is the qualcomm set up the same from company to company
to a point yes. Depending on the model. Some companies have the older model that doesnt have the sliding keyboard. otherwise yes the QC is set up the same. Most of the macros are as well or atleast between Swift and GTI they are. loaded and empty calls are the same as is the arrival depart ones.

The last thing I want to do is highjack this thread, but I am definitely interested in your experiences with the longevity of food stuffs. You should consider starting a thread. We could bounce things off each other and gross everybody out.
By the way, how long did your almond milk last in those conditions?

Qualcomm:
Omnitracs (a.k.a. Qualcomm) is a satellite-based messaging system with built-in GPS capabilities built by Qualcomm. It has a small computer screen and keyboard and is tied into the truck’s computer. It allows trucking companies to track where the driver is at, monitor the truck, and send and receive messages with the driver – similar to email.
