Are you looking at tankers or dry box? I am in the bulk division and I am testing out now, tomorrow is the last day of tests. so far they have done. everything that they told me so I am happy. it is a big company with lots of programs. if you have any questions about bulk I will answer but I don't know about dry box

We will be doing dry box I'm sure. I'm more interested in their performance or keeping of their word than anything else. From the sound of what you said, so far so good. Good luck and drive safe.

I've been driving for Schneider for two months now. Dry van. Everything they promised, they've delivered on. I am sure many other companies do this as well, but for me, Schneider has been exactly what they promised and a little better than what I expected.

Good luck!

Dry Van:

A trailer or truck that that requires no special attention, such as refrigeration, that hauls regular palletted, boxed, or floor-loaded freight. The most common type of trailer in trucking.

Thanks all for the feedback. It is good to hear that they are living up to your expectations. We are looking forward to this new adventure and everything that goes along with being rookies. Together, my wife and I should be able to give each other the support we most certainly will need to hopefully get over the hump during our first year.
