Swift calls home stops "Your Most Important Stop". This is the second home stop they've messed up in a row. Important to me, yes. But shipments are more important to them.

That goes for every company in the nation. I mean, really, how many companies have you ever found that truly put their employees or customers in front of their own business needs in any industry?

Its possible they didn't have a load to get you there on time and did the best they could with what they had..

Brett, I realize that. Many regions have more going in than going out. I say for two days in Burlington, VT, then had to dead head to Pennsylvania to get a load.

As for the (Not So) Important Stop, that was labeled "rant", so I was just venting. Yes, I know money talks. But still....
