I may be at the Pittston terminal for my upgrade.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Forgot to add I'm heading to Springfield MO.

Awesome to hear someone else is heading there same time as me on here!
I'm considering starting driver trainer class starting on the 13th to become a psd trainer. I've been approved already. Just weighing the options of doing it. Might see you there.
Prime Inc has a CDL training program and the first phase is referred to as PSD. You'll get your permit and then 10,000 miles of on the road instruction.
Prime’s PSD begins with you obtaining your CDL permit. Then you’ll go on the road with a certified CDL instructor for no less than 75 hours of one-on-one behind the wheel training. After training, you’ll return to Prime’s corporate headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, for final CDL state testing and your CDL license.
I just filled out the application a little bit ago, can't wait to get the ball rolling. How long did it take you guys to hear back and get everything started? Also did they make you get your permit first or did you just too? I thought it said at the end of the 4 day orientation you test for your cdl. Thanks in advance and good luck.

Nice Terry. Just got a call from the recruiter, she'll send me an email of all the details of orientation tomorrow. Hope to see you there!

Welcome Logan. I filled the online app and got a call the same day from the recruiter. She told me to study general knowledge, air brakes, combination and tanker to get my permit. I think getting your permit first before heading there would free up time to study up on other stuff. After orientation I believe you hop on a trainers truck and do 10k miles and then head back to Springfield to test out for the CDL. Hope that answers your questions. I should know by tomorrow of all the details.
