I'm starting with Cr England soon and want to know... What are your pet peeves or rules that you want to tell your TRAINEES? You see as we all have been through IT, I will be riding with my trainer learning the industry and don't want to feel I'm invading his/her personal space

Just be respectful really. Don't tell him how to do his job, don't complain about anything, and go with the flow. Be mindful of his space and his stuff and always talk calmly even if you're frustrated because you're struggling to back.

Watch the volume on your radio when he's sleeping and always take it slow. Just be a listener. Ask many questions and don't hit anything.
