This is definitely a plan to help them sell more tires and fuel. Tire pressure is one of many important pieces in the puzzle to fuel efficiency. We are already getting fleet messages from our folks encouraging us to go through these lines at participating Love's. They are negotiating deals with the large fleets to entice them into using this service. I don't see it becoming a successful program, but who am I?
Off topic, but just have to throw it in to the mix. Frequently at truck stops there are people either trying to sell you something. Sometimes it is a sob story. I was fueling and a guy asked if he could wash my windows for a buck. They were dirty and they needed the cleaning. He only asked for a dollar. He cleaned the windows, mirrors and headlights and did a great job. He worked for the money. I think I have him a five and I would like to do it often. I wouldn't leave my tire pressure up to someone off the street, but if a trained person would work for tips, I would occasionally bite. Still looking to use the credits that Love's put on the card.

Just what we need, another reason for drivers to sit in a fueling lane longer at Loves. I avoid that place like the plague. Horrible wait times already. Also, why would I pay someone to do what I am paid to do?
good job sir good job on the spelling but man on that last one i spelled was with a lower case L hoping that would work but guess not. So thunder you p/d or regional and do you know of anybody doin otl (on tour logistics)with averritt?
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.

Makes sense. I avoid Love's because of the lack of fuel islands and parking. otherwise I like the store's however you gotta park before you can go in. Catch 22 for them.
