Roehl Transport - On The Job Training

I was only in Phase 2 for 8 days and tested out on the 9th. Another girl that started when I did was out 17 days. Keep in mind, if they think you need more time with your phase 2, they WILL keep you out longer. No one wants to put an unsafe or unprepared driver on the road, so I don't. Think you need to worry so much about that.

I'm glad I went through when I did. A year or so ago the cost was 2800. Seems with these changes they really increased the tution. The phase 2 training was short but jam packed. You aren't just making your trainer extra money. I get a little torqued here when I hear trainers bragging about how much money they are making off their students. Espically when I then hear the student complaining the trainer didn't teach them very much.
