In 2006 My Class C License Was Suspended For 5 Years For DUI. Does This Eliminate Any Chance Of Getting My CDL?

Please, if anyone could help me with this question, I would be very grateful. By the way for those of you who may be wondering, I no longer drink, not for many years. It was a very difficult time in my life when I did. No excuses, just thought you should know. Respectfully, A.E. Pennsylvania

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

No it won't stop you from getting your Class A but it will make finding your 1st good job a lot more difficult however you can do it if that's what you want to do....! Most important thing you can do now is be completely open and honest with any Company Recruiter you talk to so it won't come back to bite you again.. Good Luck
