Requirements of Company Truck Drivers At least 21 years old (DOT requirement) Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) issued by your state of residence Clean driving record Solid work history
I am sure they have a statute of limitations but three in the last year sounds like a uphill battle to me.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
I seem to remember them telling me no violations in the past 3 years, but a quick call to a schneider recruiter would clear this up for you as this was a couple of years ago. Most companies want 3-7 years with a clean record.
