My license was suspended a year ago for Fleeing and Eluding 3rd degree(dark times). Just had it reinstated. Do I have a chance to get back into the industry? Looking for a 2nd chance in life. Need advice please.

I know there are companies out there that higher guys looking to change their path. However your biggest hurdle will be the companies insurance being willing to take you.
You're definitely going to have to look for smaller mom-n-pop companies, owner operators, farms, logging companies, or something like that. The major companies certainly won't take you but someone likely will if you dig around enough.
Have a look at Craigslist. A lot of smaller companies advertise jobs there.
Owner Operator:
An owner-operator is a driver who either owns or leases the truck they are driving. A self-employed driver.
