Will I started my training with Navajo I am 4 weeks in. Prime has freight closer to my house. My mother is very sick I am wondering if I make the switch will Prime reduce my training from the 40k miles of tnt from a driver right out of school?
I am fairly sure when I say this, the chances of that are between nil & zero. I went through my training with Prime and they have already changed the miles required down from about 70K.
The best way to answer that question though is to call Prime and see what they tell you. The answer is no if you don't ask. You have a 50/50 chance of a different answer if you ask.

Prime Inc has their own CDL training program and it's divided into two phases - PSD and TNT.
The PSD (Prime Student Driver) phase is where you'll get your permit and then go on the road for 10,000 miles with a trainer. When you come back you'll get your CDL license and enter the TNT phase.
The TNT phase is the second phase of training where you'll go on the road with an experienced driver for 30,000 miles of team driving. You'll receive 14¢ per mile ($700 per week guaranteed) during this phase. Once you're finished with TNT training you will be assigned a truck to run solo.
I wouldn't recommend you switch companies at this point. You've just started training and this isn't a good time to be job hopping. Navajo is a great company to work for, you're in good hands over there.
Besides hitting something, the worst thing you can do right now is switch companies. It's not always greener on the other side. I recommend you stick with Navajo so you don't ruin your job history.
As with Prime, they won't lower your requirements for training, you simply don't have enough experience yet.
