I am hoping to get on with Prime here soon, I am very excited to hear more about how your doing and what.
What was all the training like? How awesome was it bouncing all around the country? What's sharing the cab with a stranger like lol
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just very excited to hear as I try to stay my own journey.
Thank you lovey :3
It sounds like you're doing great Roland! Has it been hard getting used to the tanker? Keep rolling and let us know how it's going!

Well it's been 4 weeks now and I am enjoying everyday with Prime, after orientation (4 days) my trainer picked me up and the driving began. Drove from PA to NJ and spent a day in a half moving tankers from one location to another (tight real tight) good training on backing them in tight to each other. On the 3rd day we picked up a load and headed North into Canada (Yes I am in the Tanker Division) and I drove all the way 444 miles. Spent the night and off load the next morning, drove back to NJ and picked up another load for NY. My Fleet Manager gave us a load to CA shortly after the NY run and what a drive that was! Spent 5 days in CA 34 reset and couple of days of tank washing and picking up load to head back to the east coast. I enjoyed every mile and progressed everyday with a final run of 604 with 2 minutes to spare. I thought the driving was the best part and of course the pay, wow they are paying me for something I truly enjoy.
Fleet Manager:
Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
