Can't really go by what the recruiter says... like everyone says this is a performance based job... when you first start your dm/fm will give you low miles top make sure you can handle it and if you can then they will give you more or throw you curve balls here and there to see how well you do.... once you earn top driver under your dm/fm they will run you all the time...

Ok ive narrowed my choices down to 2 companies. Roehl and May trucking. Roehl starts .32 cpm and says ill probably get around 2000 to 2500 miles a week just starting out. Is that a realistic estimate or recruiters plumping up the numbers? Roehl also will raise my pay to .42 cpm after a year. May pays either .35 cpm or a flat pay of 90 a day and every 3 months they add up the miles and if you would have made more running at .35 cpm they give you a bonus check. Im stuck as to which one is going to pay better. Anyone have any advice?
