Thanks for all the ideas. These are great! I have seen alot of packaging of vegetables in pouches instead of the cans that would also be good to not take up to much storage area. I'm sure you all have seen the tuna packaged in the pouches and all sorts of other food stuff like olives etc.

I know this post turned into nutrition central, but kinda in the spirit of cheap. Dollar Tree!! Every item is a buck. They have those tuna n crackers and chicken salad n crackers. Ramen noodles, granola bars, little juice boxes, cups of fruit, instant oatmeal. Lot of stuff that keeps well. Makes it super. Heap to stock your truck. I know in general a bunch of processed stuff isn't exactly the heathiest, but however you can get a decent enough assortment to maintain a halfway ok diet. Then again I would splurge and go get instant breakfast at the Walmart. The pre made bottles. All the vitamins and minerals they add to those to help maintain a balance of nutritional intake.
