Tiger truck stop in Louisiana would probably be better on an episode of Dives, Diners and drive in's but they serve some things not common in many places around the country such as alligator bacon and sausage. They also have some other exotic meats and pretty darn good breakfast choices. It's not the prettiest place but the money they make supports the employees and Tony the Tiger.

I only stopped at Jones Auto & Truck Plaza, Lebanon, MO (I-44 exit 127) one time. Had breakfast at onsite Jones Family Diner. The ham steak meal was just awesome, and very economical. The place has been there since 1956.
