Driving for them now. So far my experience has been as advertised. Plenty of miles if you'll run hard. Pay scale confuses some people. If you're a hire from their school you'll get three options for fulfilling your commitment. Solo reefer .27 cpm for 120,000 miles, or two team choices. .18 cpm for 240,000 or .15 cpm for 120,000 miles. Team option you will be paid the .18 or .15 for ALL miles down by the truck. Example: if you choose. 18 cpm and you drive 2500 miles and your partner drives 2500 miles you'll both be paid 18 cpm for the 5,000 miles.
Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
