There was a YouTuber who posted almost a full year of daily drives with TMC. He seemed to be home for a 34 hour reset 2 or 3 weekends every month. Not a full weekend mind you as he often got back in his truck Sunday afternoon.
I looked at TMC and probably would've applied there, but they weren't hiring out of the state I lived in at the time. I have talked to quite a few of their drivers. All of the them I have talked to say only positive things about the company, and many of them say they get home every weekend. It might depend on where you live somewhat, but from what their drivers say, the company really tries to honor their home time requests.

TMC allows drivers to make home time request?
TMC allows drivers to make home time request?
Some fleets operate on a given schedule, others do not. For instance, you might get on a regional fleet where you're home every weekend by default. Therefore you would not need to make any kind of home time request.
Other fleets, like OTR fleets, run on an irregular home time schedule. So a driver might be required to stay out three weeks at a time but there's no limit as to how long they can stay out. So each driver will make a home time request when they're ready to go home.
I'm not sure exactly how TMC operates. You may need to make a home time request, it may be automatic.
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

I am fixing to start school in a couple of weeks to get my class a cdl. I am highly interested in TMC Transport because I want to start my career in a flatbed fleet. I have read most of the forums and blogs on here about tmc but there is one question about TMC that I can't find, home time. I know the company tries there best to get drivers home on the weekends but if anyone currently working or had worked for TMC can tell me how their schedule looks for their drivers I would be most appreciative.
