Her commercial literally brought tears to my eyes. My family doesn't approve of me wanting to drive truck (I'm almost 17 and female) and they'd be happy with me doing anything BUT that. Naturally, it's the one thing I want most to do. Been struggling for a while now trying to figure out the plan for the next few years. Everything about her commercial rings true for me, I love it! I've been watching Allie on YouTube since September/October and a few other trucking YouTube vlogs.

Family, it's either this or I'm going to be a lot lizard. Either way I'm getting into trucking! *glances around*

Every conversation with my mom always has a section of her telling me something bad about trucking. I just nod, smile, and shrug it off. Arguing is useless. And I'm almost 25!

Ahem! Anyways, it's great that you think you know what you want to do at a young age. Work towards your goals but DO NOT let your education and grades fall by the wayside if you're still in school just because you think you want to be a trucker right now. Look at community colleges if you have them, maybe you'll find a program to get you a job that will hold you over until 21. And, then, if you get out of trucking you spent time gaining skills to fall back on. Or, get work with a company that runs trucks out like UPS, Fedex, etcetera and maybe get dock work. Good luck.

However one of those 2 videos got her in some HOT water with Corporate America I believe it was shake it off because I can't find it anymore. She has TONs of AWESOME Videos go back near the beginning Early part of 2014. You will learn A LOT from her. Happy Trails to you
