I always thought Russian tea was made with vodka instead of water?
Green tea does have an off smell to non tea drinkers. I have quite a collection of delicious teas but one of my favorites is Triple Leaf Cold and Flu. I drink it whether I'm sick or not and people say it smells odd. I also get that response with a loose leaf Oregon mint tea. I had my mint tea at work with me and my boss asked if it was pot and I said no and he smelled it to make sure and said he almost wished it smelled like pot. I will never understand non tea drinkers.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
This is just a funny situation. You get out green tea, and your student, who probably knows about tea bags, says the green smells "weird".
The funny thing is the tea in the tea bag is fermented and smells OK, while green tea, basically just dried tea leaves, smells weird.
Meanwhile he's drinking his energy drinks which smell like poison. Haha!
It's alright though, I'll purposely do a few terrible set ups when I'm setting him up for an alley dock and then tell him to fix it!
He's a good student though and I can't complain. But it was seriously funny when he said that because I really didn't know what to say.
I dunno about smells funny but, to me, tea tastes like dirt, however given the option between that or an energy drink I would drink tea too LOL. I get lots of strange looks when I tell people that at 37 years old I still do not drink coffee or tea at all, and even though I love the smell of coffee I cannot drink the stuff. I drink mostly water with flavor packets, the occasional soda, and milk. Maybe that is what I can do when I go OTR is make free coffee for other drivers so I can have that nice smell without wasting it
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
I'll be following your truck then Greenhorn. Mmmmm coffee!

My hope is that Prime has one of these bad boys in this color, you to go with a theme LOL. Of course I will not be overly picky I will take whatever is available of course. Plumb crazy purple would be a nice one as well

Oh! Hindsight come back! Those energy drinks have clearly burned out his smell receptors.

As I was opening my Organic Numi Mate Lemon Green Tea this morning about to put it in my hot water with my jar of honey on the side, my PSD student said that my tea smells weird.
I'm not really sure what to think of this comment. Can someone here tell this young lad that you never insult a Russian guys tea.
