I think if you go back and redo some of the pages you have already read and answer the questions then it will unhalt you.

There's an option at the bottom of the "Halted" page that says click here to review questions, basically it just gives you more questions on previous modules you have worked on and, in my experience on it, you will have to do it 2 times per halt. The HOS module gave me some problems but I worked through it.

You don't have to start over though, unless you want to.

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

You definitely do not need to start over again. When you get halted it tells you why you're halted. Normally there's one or two questions you're struggling with. Once you get the scores on those questions above a certain level the halt will be lifted and you can continue on. Normally you'll do two or three sets of review questions to get the halt lifted. However, if you get halted and continue getting questions wrong you're going to dig yourself a deeper and deeper hole where you'll have to do even more sets of review questions before the halt will be lifted.

So the bottom line is to focus on getting every single question correct every time. Look them up if you're not sure. Do not guess at the answers. The more diligent you are about getting every question correct the more quickly you'll learn the materials and get through the program.
