Melton Truck Lines it is!! Good orientation and training pay, reasonable training period. Good CPM as well. I head out sunday morning for Tulsa, Ok to start orientation and training. I would like to say thank you to all on T/T who helped an also for the awesome search engine here on the truth! I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on how it goes.

CPM:

Cents Per Mile

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.

Hey Mike, don't let it get you down.

I know that is easier to say than do, but I know what you're feeling... I actually got sent home from three different orientations before I landed my first trucking job. I was starting to feel like a loser, but I knew that I would be a great truck driver. Finally I got my shot, and I haven't ever looked back since.

Getting started in this career can really be challenging, but just keep plugging away and you will soon find your self behind the wheel of a Big Rig.
