I'm stuck in that catch 22 where I've lost so much time today, I hope I sit long enough to get layover pay. I'm at a terminal with plenty of reefer units. I'd rather be rolling (out of California) but I don't want to sit all day/night just to be dispatched just before I qualify for layover pay. Guess I'll hope for the best. Lol
Terminal:
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
